Change can be hard, change can be painful, but nothing is as painful as staying stuck somewhere you don’t belong, whether that be in a job, a relationship or even a weight where you don’t feel at your best and happiest.
I have spent so much of my life procrastinating over important decisions, and not taking action as soon as I should / could have done with painful situations. The pain of course never went away, all I had done is prolonged the agony. Is this you?
My first year off the Corporate treadmill has certainly been a challenging one, that has forced me to grow and become a whole lot more decisive and in control of my little life, and honestly, whilst some days have been seriously hard, I have literally not regretted a single moment.

It’ll help you see, in a snapshot, and within just 28 days, just what you are doing well, and consistently well, and where you may be faltering, procrastinating and simply just avoiding.
